What we offer

We have several itineraries that are popular like the rainforest or an endemic birding tour. Our guide was a Florida state park ranger before moving to Puerto Rico and loves to show the natural beauty of the island. As a big year certificate holder he identified over 200 species of birds in the state of Florida and specializes in bird guiding.

We specialize in family groups and are suited for all ages. Our tours are all private so it’s just you and the guide and we can go at your pace and focus on your interest and activity level.

We know how important family memories can be so while you’re enjoying yourselves we take all of your photos. you’ll get a mix of photos from some of our favorite stops as well as candid shots of your day.

We have training to accommodate most mobility issues and can also accommodate most allergies and dietary restrictions, contact us for details.

My husband and I recently celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary in Puerto Rico. Skip was our personal tour guide for 3 days straight for all of our excursions and sightseeing. Our whole trip to PR was fantastic. Skip was a HUGE part of helping with that. We told him what we wanted to see and do and he put together a FANTASTIC and affordable package for us. The highlight of our trip was our tour with Skip! We learned so many new facts about El Yunque, swam beneath a waterfall, saw tons of animals and enjoyed a local meal. All without worrying about crowds and being one of many in a group. Our tour was completely tailored to us which you can’t really find anywhere else. Skip was great with kids and extremely accommodating to our last minute adjustment in people. He also takes great pictures too! If we ever find ourselves back in Puerto Rico, we will be booking Skip again!

We went with skip on 2 SPICYYY excursions. We went on a hike to a hidden beach with the cave of swallows and got to see a blowhole. Also a 3 hour hike into el yunque rainforest. Very knowledgeable and great with the kids!

Our first time to Puerto Rico and spending the first day with Skip was the perfect way to start our vacation. Coffee and a bakery to start the day and then up the mountains we went. Skip stopped here and there to point out little details and share his vast knowledge. During our hike he pointed out birds, and talked in-depth about the flora of the island. We are plant nerds so this was great! He shared science and folklore. It is evident Skip has a passion for nature and sharing it with others comes natural. We got to swim in a refreshing water hole then he took us out to eat lunch and then to a beach where he taught us how to look for sea glass!
