Skip was wonderful! Although it rained for the majority of our tour he still found a way to make it not only bearable but enjoyable. We had two little ones (4 and 9) who remained engaged throughout the entire 5 hours. Well worth the money. He’s good company and is clearly very passionate about all things nature. Highly recommend. Amazing day discovering parts of Puerto Rico we would never have seen without the guidance of Skip! My mother, sister and I had a great time. Skip is very knowledgeable about the territory and had lots of great information that not only made this day special, but will impact the rest of our trip and visits in the future! Had a beach tour with Skip & it was awesome! Decided not to get a rental car since I traveled solo. Skip showed me some beautiful beaches including a black sand beach! We found coral and lots of sea glass! He is very knowledgeable about the island and the wildlife! Saw a few parrots during our stops! Highly recommend for anyone!

Our first time to Puerto Rico and spending the first day with Skip was the perfect way to start our vacation. Coffee and a bakery to start the day and then up the mountains we went. Skip stopped here and there to point out little details and share his vast knowledge. During our hike he pointed out birds, and talked in-depth about the flora of the island. We are plant nerds so this was great! He shared science and folklore. It is evident Skip has a passion for nature and sharing it with others comes natural. I would 100% recommend spending the day with Skip whether this be your first time to the island or your tenth.

He made it possible for everyone (ages 10-80) to participate and enjoy. Lunch was delicious and with his help we tried new foods & drinks. Thank you Skip!

Skip did an amazing job guiding us for two days of searching for endemic birds. My wife and I found many birds including 8 new species to add to our list. Skip is incredibly knowledgeable about the island and many other subjects besides birds. I highly recommend Skip for any tour you wish to do in Puerto Rico.

The highlight of our trip was our tour with Skip! We learned so many new facts about El Yunque, swam beneath a waterfall, saw tons of animals and enjoyed a local meal. All without worrying about crowds and being one of many in a group. Our tour was completely tailored to us which you can’t really find anywhere else. Skip was great with kids and extremely accommodating to our last minute adjustment in people. He also takes great pictures too! If we ever find ourselves back in Puerto Rico, we will be booking Skip again!
